In order to qualify for Top Teacher, teachers must have a minimum of 80 pro/am entries.

To qualify for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, a teacher must have a minimum of 200, 175 and 125 pro/am entries, respectively. In the event the 1st, 2nd and 3rd top teacher does not meet the minimum requirements, prize money will be awarded one place down.

All entries must be danced to qualify for top teachers points.

Entries received after the deadline or at the competition will not count towards top teacher awards.

All points through this event will be added to your total points for the Dancers Cup Tour, as well as the World Pro/Am Dancesport Series.

Top Studio and Top Student

TOP STUDENTS: Awards will be presented in the following categories:

• Top Newcomer, Bronze, Silver and Open, both man and lady, will be awarded a top student award.
• Top Senior I (65-80) & Top Senior II (81+)
• Top scoring solo will be invited to perform Saturday evening.
• Top overall American Style and International Style student.

To be eligible for top student awards, a student must enter a minimum of 8 dances in that style.

 

TOP STUDIOS: Awards will be presented in the following categories:

• Youth Studio, Small Studio: 1 to 2 competing students, Medium Studio: 3 to 6 competing students
• Large Studio: 7 or more competing students.

Each studio must have a minimum of 50 entries. (Excluding Youth Studio)
